Herbs as alternatives to medications (chemical drugs)

Public awareness and education about what oriental medicine can do, is a matter close to my heart. My experiences with my own health issues have led me over the years to see my own success story and to commit myself to be of service to the people, who for some reason or other, are guided to our clinic.

Research is being conducted at various universities, clinics and nonprofit organizations in this country. John Chen, Ph.D. (pharmacy), L.Ac., conducts seminars about this topic and has appeared on television educating the public on the merits of acupuncture and herbal medicine, addressing the issues of herb-drug Interactions as well (www.elotus.org).
